Take the first steps to sustainably reconnecting with textiles by learning how to sew taught by our Head of Sustainability, Miriam Keegan @sew_sustainable_.This 2 and a half hour workshop is for complete beginners who want to learn how to sew for the very first time. During this workshop, you will create your own craft using fabric scraps from Aoife’s previous collections.

Want to add a bit of sparkle to your crafts? We'll also guide you through the art of beading, adding that extra charm to your projects.
But we won't just stop at theory! This workshop is all about hands-on practice. We believe that the best way to reinforce learning is by doing it yourself. You'll get to work with provided sewing equipment and materials, allowing you to experience the joy of creating with your own hands.

Can I come on my own? Yes! This will be a fun morning to be creative and spend time with yourself while in the company of a small group of like-minded people.
Who is this for:This experience is for everyone, but in particular, those who have never sewn before! No experience of sewing is required. We want to help everyone, no matter where they are in their sustainability journey, get the opportunity to put their own creativity and skills to work.
