We follow a made-to-order model. Made-to-order fashion means that clothes are made only when they are ordered. It is a more ethical and sustainable approach because there is no overproduction and reduces the risk of excess stock. This means your order may take a little longer than usual.
Pre-Orders
Please note, pre-order pieces are non-refundable. While we always aim to ensure that every Aoife McNamara piece is perfect, we understand that fit may not suit. We will do our best to accommodate any issues with exchanges or credit notes for pre-order items, but please keep in mind that they are non-refundable.
Our pieces are made in both Ireland and Portugal.
It is important to be mindful of how you care for your garment to ensure its longevity. Generally, we recommend hand washing or dry cleaning where possible. Check the product descriptions for specific information and advice regarding each material.
This depends on the garment. Limited edition pieces will not be restocked but all other products are. You can input your email address to get notified when the product you like is back in stock.
Delivery times vary by garment. In stock items are send as soon as possible. If your item is marked as 'pre-order' it usually takes around 3-6 weeks to ship, again depending on the garment.
We always keep customers up to date throughout the production process. Feel free to pop us a message for exact timeframes as they are always changing!
We ship with An Post and once shipped, delivery within Ireland takes 2-3 working days. The UK takes 3-5 working days, and the rest of the world takes 7-10 working days. UK takes 3-5 working days, and the rest of the world takes 7-10 working days.

Aoife Mc Namara offers tracked national delivery for €5 for all orders up to €500. We offer free shipping on all orders over €500.
International delivery is calculated at checkout. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees. This is not covered by the shipping cost.
At Aoife McNamara, we strive to ensure that each piece meets our high standards of quality. However, we understand that sometimes the fit might not be perfect.
Online purchases can be refunded within 21 daysof receiving your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products are properly packed and that you receive proof of postage and tracking number from your chosen carrier or postal service. Please note returns through An post will be charged at €4.95.
In-storepurchases can be exchanged within 28 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds on in-store purchases but rather a credit note can be issued within 14 days of purchase, provided the products are returned as sold and accompanied by the original receipt.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your items arrive faulty or damaged, we sincerely apologize. In this case, we will offer a full refund, exchange, or credit note, as well as refund the cost of shipping.
In order to return an item, please print off and fill out our return form here, state whether you would like a exchange or credit note, and send the item to the address on the form;
