Reconnect | Smudge Studio Crystal Workshop - June 29th

Our Interbeing Crystal Workshop is the perfect way to Reconnect - an empowering experience wherein the mind, body and soul are nurtured, connected and inspired.

What to Expect: We will learn some crystal properties, dive in on how they can interact with our energy fields and assist us in our everyday lives,

Can I come on my own? Yes! This will be a fun morning to be centred and spend time with yourself while in the company of a small group of like-minded people. 

Who is this for: This experience is for everyone. Whether you feel flat or unfulfilled, we’ll provide the space, time, and guidance to help you reconnect to your intuition, reignite your passions and reset your goals.  

What you need to bring: A yoga mat, a journal and your lovely self!
