What You’ll Experience:
Join us for a soul-nourishing Sunday of cacao, journaling, vision boarding and more. This experience will help you reconnect to yourself, your sense of purpose and your goals.
Aoife will guide you through a sequence of journaling exercises to reflect on your ‘Ikigai’ a Japanese concept referring to something that gives a person a sense of purpose, a reason for living. This same process has helped Aoife uncover her 'why' which helped her build a sustainable brand with purpose.
You’ll then create your vision board, further helping you to visualise and imagine what you want to experience in your life, how you want to feel, what you want to create and what you are calling into your life.
Can I come on my own? Yes! This will be a fun morning to be creative and spend time with yourself while in the company of a small group of like-minded people.
Who is this for:This experience is for everyone. No experience of cacao, mediation or vision boarding is required. Whether you feel flat or unfulfilled, we’ll provide the space, time, and guidance to help you reconnect to your intuition, reignite your passions and reset your goals.
What you need to bring:A yoga mat, pen and your favourite mug for your cacao. We ask that you don’t drink coffee at least 2 hours before the event as this will impact your experience of the cacao.
Cancellation Note: As places are extremely limited, please let us know 48 hours in advance if you can't make it so that we can offer your place to another Aoife Mc Namara Community member. Refunds on cancellations less than 48 hours before the event cannot be guaranteed.
