What to Expect:

Gather with a group of soulful women under the potent energy of the Full Moon. This experience will be an opportunity to deeply connect and honour the women around you. You will be guided through a gentle movement, meditation and breathwork practice to ground into the space and soften into your femininity. There will be an optional sharing circle at the beginning, end and throughout the experience.

There will be group discussions, integrative exercises and relaxation techniques in this circle. As the Full Moon symbolises completion and endings, our focus will be on letting go. As you are held in this safe space of interconnectedness with the women around you, you will be guided through a releasing ceremony, to release from your life what is no longer serving you.

The circle will close with a relaxation meditation. Shauna Rose holds a safe space where you can feel confident in showing up exactly as you are, no previous experience is necessary. You are welcome to come on your own or with a friend.

What to wear: Wear any athletic wear you feel comfortable doing some light movement in. 

Cancellation Note:  As places are extremely limited, please let us know 48 hours in advance if you can't make it so that we can offer your place to another Aoife Mc Namara Community member. Refunds on cancellations less than 48 hours before the event cannot be guaranteed.
