What You’ll Experience:
We’re on a mission to start a conscious movement and believe that change starts from within.
That’s why we’re bringing you a magical 90-minute workshop that will include a Cacao Ceremony and Yin Yoga class. A morning to move your body, fill your heart and feed your soul.
The practice will be guided by Karen O’Shea, certified Yoga teacher and Ceremonial Cacao Facilitator and founder of Heartfull Wellbeing.
Ceremonial Cacao is a sacred medicine and superfood that supports us in opening our hearts, soothing our nervous system and increasing our connection with the divine and our higher self.
In combination with introspective and releasing practices like meditation and yin yoga, this makes for a very magical and very special experience.
After the class, explore Aoife’s Cottage and the latest Aoife Mc Namara collections, with €25 Aoife Mc Namara voucher to spend on the day.

What to Bring/Wear: please bring a yoga mat and wear any athletic wear you feel comfortable doing some light movement in.
