Conscious Movement Morning: September 23rd

You’re invited to our Conscious Movement Morning in Chupi's beautiful Powerscourt Townhouse store to celebrate Aoife Mc Namara's week long pop-up in store. Come move and breathe in our unique space and take time to explore the Aoife Mc Namara collections afterwards.

Location:  Chupi, Powerscourt Townhouse, Top Floor, South William St, Dublin.

Time:

• 9 am - 10 am 

Ticket Includes: 

• 45-minute yoga class. 
• €25 to spend  with Aoife Mc Namara pop up at Chupi, Powerscourt Townhouse

Our Conscious Movement Mornings are designed to help us connect inwards, inspiring us all to make better choices not only for ourselves but for the world we live in too.

What to Bring/Wear: Please bring a yoga mat and wear any athletic wear you feel comfortable doing some light movement in. 

Suitability: Classes are suited for adults of all levels of experience. If you have any specific injuries or conditions, please email us before the event:aoife@aoifemcnamara.com. 

Cancellation Note:  As places are extremely limited, please let us know 48 hours in advance if you can't make it so that we can offer your place to another Aoife Mc Namara Community member. Refunds on cancellations less than 48 hours before the event cannot be guaranteed.
