We’re on a mission to start a conscious movement and believe that change starts from within.
Our Conscious Movement Mornings are designed to help us connect inwards, inspiring us all to make better choices not only for ourselves but for the world we live in too.
Working with passionate movement educators, the morning begins with an empowering 45-minute conscious movement class with either Lauren @kalemelauren or Emma @barrebyemma.
After the class, enjoy All Real Nutrition bars and explore Aoife’s Cottage and the latest Aoife Mc Namara collections, with €25 Aoife Mc Namara voucher to spend on the day.
Come along with family or friends and make some new ones from the Aoife Mc Namara Community. We can’t wait to meet you!
What to Bring/Wear: please bring a yoga mat and wear any athletic wear you feel comfortable doing some light movement in.
